it all come up as '??????', what should I do?

Can you type Chinese chars?
Can your PC support Chinese chars?
Can you input Chinese?

Open your control panel, find "language and regional options"

Open and switch to the tab "languages", tick "install files for east Asian languages"

then "Confirm"

System should be able to install the char for you and then restart your PC.
After that all Chinese char in softwares, websites can show. and you will be able to file the Input Methods in your system.

In some cases the internet connection is requested.

Between Win7 and XP etc, there may be some differences, indentify yourself.

PS: To be honesty, I'm quite unsatisfied to answer your qns with English bec I'm not sure that if you can understand Chinese?
I hope that next time you can input Chinese so everyone can read and reply you in this forum

PPS: If this problem fixed and you're still inputting English, I will consider that if you were doing these with intentions.
